What does BPO stand for

BPO stands for Business Process Outsourcing. Major corporations world wide are outsourcing to reduce costs. 

What is Outsourcing?

What if I don’t like the employee’s performance?

An employee can be replaced within 1-2 weeks depending on the job description.

Do you provide training?

We provide the basic training such as: Phone skills & etiquette, customer service training, human relationship skills etc. We can provide a Team Leader to train and oversee the agents, but the company will have to provide training for the TL on product & service knowledge.

What functions can be outsourced?

When is work performed?

Managers and customer service representatives are available Monday through Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST. Our production teams work around the clock Monday through Saturday. Sunday shifts are arranged when required by client.

Do I get to interview the agents?

Yes. Our clients have the final say on the agents we place on their campaigns. Our clients will have the opportunity to interview as many agents as they would like until they have found the ones they want to work on their campaign.ETERNITY SOLUTION aims to be as transparent in this process as possible and will work with our clients to ensure that each agent and manager on their projects are compatible with their needs.
